Shipping & Processing Times

To ensure the highest level of quality control and authenticity, all of our jade pieces are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped directly from our dedicated warehouse.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of placement.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a notification email from us containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package.
